Two suggestions:
If your question (as it appears) has to do with the word-processing
program Microsoft Word, please post it in a newsgroup supporting
Microsoft Word, such as microsoft.public.word.general. This newsgroup
is for a DIFFERENT program, Microsoft Access.
When you do so, post a description in the Subject line and actually
post your question, with enough explanation to allow one of the
volunteers (human beings, not automated systems!) to understand it, in
the body of the message.
