Is Picture Manager in the Office for Home and Student?

I am not very computer savvy and would like to have the basic office with
Picture Manager which is easy for someone like me to operate. The Home and
student edition is on sale and I can't tell if it has the Picture Manager.
Any wisdom on this out there? Thanks............

Office 2007 Home and Student does have Microsoft Picture Manager. If it does
not install by default, go to Control Panel, Select Office and click on
Change. Select Add/Remove Features and than go to the Tools folder and
install Picture Manager.

The application will be in Microsoft Office Tools folder in the program
menu.
