Hi, I'd like to create a style that forces the user to
write between single quotes. If some text is in that
style then it's between single quotes.

Is this possible?

well Yes actually. But only if you want to run a global template that
fires the macro before the document is closed or at intervals during the
edit.

You'd have to find the style in question then insert the quotes
beginning and end of the text.

This is probably easier to do with a character style rather than a
paragraph style.

Yes, certainly you can create a macro to do it. But that's rather more than
'create a style'
