Is probably changes some elements into some documents at once?

There is the batch of the documents with some identical elements:
letterhead (it not header and footer ). In that letterhead it will
changes couple of elements. Maybe more.
I will change those elements only in one document.
Question: is it probably and how to do change into all documents at
once?
I think to use the fields (REF), but how do this do from one document
for other documents?

You *may* be able to batch replace the text by using a variation of
http://www.gmayor.com/batch_replace.htm
to target the text you wish to change.

If the item you wish to change is prone to change it may be better to
replace the letterhead with an IncludeText field (you can use replace to
replace text with fields by first copying the field to the clipboard and
then replace the chosen item with ^c. The included text item would contain
the letterhead (or the part of it that is changeable)

I am not sure where REF fields come into this. Ref fields are cross
references ie to insert a copy of a bookmarked item from one place in the
document to another.

REF only works within the same document.

Possibly using INCLUDETEXT is a good idea.

Are these documents using the same template? Could you use an AutoText entry
to make your adjustments?

Hello. No, these documents no using some template. These on the bases
of the Normal.dot. Thank you for replies. I will offer my users (who
asked me this question) the variant with the macro "batch replace".
