Is purchasing templates for website a good idea???

I plan to develop a website using FP 2000. I have found places that sell
the templates for a complete website at a very reasonable price. These
pages can be edited as required.

I found a templates for a website that are very close to the website I need.
The company selling the website templates is Xenon Website Templates
(http://websitetemplates.co.za/).

If I go this route am I looking for grief?
Does anyone know anything about this company?

Thanks in advance for any help.
I apologize if this is not the appropriate forum. I searched and could not
find any that seemed more appropriate.
