Is raw HTML available?

I made my stuff in Publisher, then had someone help edit my code for search
engine improvement. Now I have the raw HTML, is there a way to paste that
into Publisher to convert it to a Publisher file so I could continue?

no. Pub is not an html editor. it's code is not designed to be modified. all
modifications are made to the design of a page in the publisher file.
