Is SMS Link down today

[CPC]

Is anyone having a problem with sms link today where the incoming phone text
are not coming into your e-mail folders? Outgoing messages to the phones are
working fine though.

I get a message saying:
"Outlook did not receive response from the Web service because of a problem
connecting to the server. Try again later."
No incoming or outgoing messages for me.
