Is tehre a parameter to start Winproj.exe hidden

I had to revert back to starting Project using the Service call "winproj.exe
/s serverurl ". But the problem is, it opens up MS Project on the screen. If
I use the MSProject.Application it doesn't. Is there a command line parameter
which opens MS Project in the background for automation? Basically in memory?
