Is the 'free' Office 2007 transferrable?

I've got a 'free' version of Office 2007 from the Vista/Office 2007 rollout
event (I received a valid Product Key from MS at the event), and it's time to
get a new computer (I've been spending 25% of my time just trying to keep
this one working!).
I guess that this isn't technically a 'Retail' version as I didn't purchase
it, but it's not OEM either as it wasn't on the machine when I bought it.
Anyone know if this 'free' version of Office 2007 is transferrable to the
new machine? If I don't have to purchase a new copy, it's always nice to
save money...otherwise, I'll order a copy with the new machine.
Thanks,
Steve

What does it say in the EULA?

The EULA will tell you.- see help in Word
If you order a copy with a new PC, that version will not be transferable,
being OEM

Well, I read through the EULA (boy, that was fun!) and apparently, it's
dependent on whether I've got a Retail, OEM, or MLK license.
To find out which, the EULA states:
"To determine which License Terms apply to you check the license designation
printed either on your product key, near the product name on your Certificate
of Authenticity, or on the download page if you obtained your product key
online. "
Well, I've got a printed Product Key that was in the 'Launch 2007 Resource
Kit', but it doesn't have any 'license designation' wording that I can find.
To get Office 2007, the resource kit directed me to download the 'trial'
version of the package, and then apply the Product Key that was in my printed
Kit.
I'm going to try going to the Trial Version download page to see if there is
a EULA there...

AhHa!
I found this wording on the download page where I got my copy of Office 2007:
"This page contains information you’ll need to download your full retail
copy of
Microsoft® Office Professional 2007 and/or Microsoft® Office Groove® 2007. "
So, it looks like I DO have a retail version! Yea!

Thanks for your suggestions.
