Is the Indonesionan dictionary part of Office 2002 small busines?

Indonesian dictionary in Word 2002;

I am using the Indonesian interface which I have dowloaded. After changing
the language in both XP as well in Word, I have a choice to choose the
Indonesian dictionary for spelling and grammar check (tools). However after
selecting it it changes on me and defaults to the last used dictionary.

Is there a Indonesian dictionary standard in Word 2002 XP office small
business.. If so why does it changes on me when I try to use it ?
