There are a couple of balloon Birthday cards, one says it can be downloaded for
Word 97 and up.
The other Birthday balloon card is 2007 specific, unless you have 2007 it
wouldn't be worth your time.
The templates are free to use with the applicable Office programs/versions
as long as they are for your personal use. You can't print out a batch of
them and sell them.
