Is ther ea maximum number of contact entries you can have in Outlook?

My Outook contacts folder currently has 1994 entries in it
here at my office. I am wondering if there is a maximum
number that it can hold. I am anticipating that my folder
could get as high as 3000 or more entries, and just want
to know if Outlook can hold all of those.

Of course, on Microsoft's lovely "help-not" site, I can't
find anything regarding this. If anyone DOES know the
answer to this, could you please reply to my email address?

Per folder: 16384 with small tables or 65535 with large tables.

Where is this information gathered from? by table size are yo
referring to the table size between the different versions of Exchang
server?
