is there a centerline symbol in Excel?

Need a centerline symbol. i.e. the letter "C" with the letter "L" in the
center of the "C". But cannot find it in the symbol library. Your input
would be helpful.

Regardless of the Office software product, you'll have to choose and use a
font or typeface that includes a character such as you describe. I'm not
aware of one which has the character, but there are literally hundreds of
thousands of electronic typefaces/fonts available. A font or typeface
intended for annotating architectural or mechanical drawings would be a
likely candidate.
