Is ther any downloads that offers proofing and grammer in Danish for the
english version of Office 2000 Prof.?

MS doesn't offer their proofing tools kit as a download
and the 2000 series is discontinued but you may still
be able to locate the "Office 2000 Proofing Tools Kit"
( http://microsoft.com/office/previous/2000/worldwide/proofing.asp )
through an online vendor, for example only:
