Is there a direct upgrade path for standard 2000 to enterprise 200

I need to know if There is a Direct upgrade path from Exchange 2000 stanard
to Exchange 2003 Enterprise. Also do you have any links to a KB article that
will assist in the upgrade process? Or is it just as simple as doing a
backup stick in the 2003 cd and run the reinstall option then run another
back up at the end of the upgrade.?
