Is there a faster way to convert previous files to the 2007 format

Is there a one step process that you can do to change all older "Office"
documents to the 2007 format?

The only way I know to do it is "one document at a time" and it's a very
slow process.

I have looked everywhere for a faster solution to this problem

Thanks.

Hi Mike,

There is an Office 2007 Migration tool set called the
MS Office 2007 Migration Planning Manager (OMPM) that has batch conversion and assessment tools.

Generally, opening an old version file shouldn't be much different in performance when opening in Office 2007 apps than it was in
the prior version.
