Is there a function to enter a document where I left it?

Dear people, does anyone know a function, how I can open a
Word-document (2004) exactly at the position where I was, when I shut
the document. I work on some documents for a longer time and would
appreciate, that they open not always on page 1 at the top, but there,
where I left them.

Thanks! Peter, Germany

Type cmd-opt-z

It cycles through the last four places where you made changes to the
document. On a freshly re-opened document, it places the insertion
point right where you left off.
