I need an index or generic list for cataloging our office files/ resources/
correspondence etc.
I'm in the process of reorganising (and hopefully streamlining) our office
filing cabinet and would like a simple index as a basis that we can modify to
our needs- and then also be able to cross reference with all our resources.
