is there a half fold greeting card option in publisher?

I use the greeting card aspect of Publisher. In an earlier version, I was
able to create a half fold card, where now I am only able to make a quarter
fold. I have the textured half-fold cards from Avery and unfotunately I am
unable to use them. I tried the possibility of a change in "page set-up",
however it doesn't seem to be my answer. Any suggestions?

John, sorry I did not respond earlier to your suggestion. I did appreciate
your taking the time to post your message. Yes, I did try your idea.
However, I do creat quite a few greeting cards and having to revert to this
new method is unfortunate. My time is valuable and it is just one more step.
The old Publisher version worked just great because of the option of
selecting either the 1/4 or 1/2 fold card with a simple click. Why when
something isn't broken do software engineers try to fix it? The latest
version is really quite nice with this one exception. Again, thanks, John.
