Is there a Holiday Update for Outlook 2003 using Windows 7?

The holiday update that I'm trying to install won't install, because it says
it did not find the expected program. I'm pretty sure this is because I'm
using Windows 7. Is there a Holiday Update for Outlook 2003 using Windows 7?
