Is there a macro to...

I work 2 shifts at my job either 3-11pm or 5-1am.
Is there a macro to create so I don't have to re-enter this every time on my
calendar? I tried to create one but I am not the best with visual basic.

I don't know of a macro (maybe someone else here does and will post more
info), but it's easy enough to copy appointments by drag and drop. Make
sure the Date Navigator -- the mini calendars section -- is visible on
the right hand side of the Calendar (it should show by default in Day,
Week, and Work Week views). Switch your Calendar to the day or days
where your scheduled appointment appears. Then right-click on the
appointment and drag it to another date in your Date Navigator. When
you release the button, choose "Copy" from the popup menu.

You can even decide whether a folder is visible or hidden from the people who don't need it - it's a kindness to hide folders when they'd be irrelevant to people, as this reduces clutter for us all and makes public folders easier to use.
