is there a microsoft upgrade for teacher edition 2003

I've seen mixed answers related to Office 2003 S&E, so I didn't want to make
a guess.

As far as I know, Academic (S&E) editions can be 'upgraded' from previous
Academic editions.. however there may not be a separate 'upgrade' SKU, so
pricing may be the same regardless of whether there's an "upgrade" being
done or not.
