Is there a newer version or replacement for PhotoDraw 2000?

I currently use MS PhotoDraw 2000 v 2.0.0.1129 and wanted to know if MS ever
updated this program, or replaced it with another image editing program.
Also, if a new program exists, has anyone used it, and how do you like it?
