Is there a notifier for all Outlook accounts that sits in systray?

I am looking for

1. Some tool that can scavenge all mailboxes in Outlook 2003 and give me
list of names and email address or else merge them in Outlook 2003 Contacts.

2. A smalll notifier application that scans for new emails in all Outlook
2003 accounts and notifies from systray.

I hope someone can help me on this.

Yeah, lots of them. Depends on the *type* of mail account(s) that you have
and who with. They're called mail monitor programs, like:
