Is there a Pivot Table bug in Excel 2003

I am having intermittent problems refreshing pivot tables in Excel 2003.
Sometimes the refresh button is greyed out sometimes it is not. Also I
occasionally get virtually no data returned in the table (again
intermittent). There cannot be anything wrong with the data or the table
setup because sometimes it works perfectly !
Anyone experienced the same ?
