Is there a setting to allow HID keyboard devices?

I am trying to use a wireless presentation helper. It wirelessly scrolls
through the pages of the presentation. It is not working. I am trying to
figure out if the problem is with the devie or if there is a setting in Power
point I have to switch on to allow the device to work?

The computer reconises it as a HID keyboard Device

My suggestion is to talk with the manufacture. They would have the most
