Is there a short cut key to flip the desktop page upside down?

My students have figured out how to flip the desktop screen upside down. Are
they doing this with a short cut key? I know how to remedy the situation
when I find the screen upside down -- just wondering how they are doing it so
quickly.

It is video card drive specific, if your vid card doesn't support it or
the Hot Keys are disabled then yours won't.
