Is there a short cut or feauture that automaticaly fills in a line for answers? It would be great i

I own a small tutoring business. I'm trying to create a proffesional
looking application. I am having a problem with the lines needed for
a client to answer a question. On the application, I ask a question
and then provide a line space for answers.

For example:
Child's Name __________________________ Nickname
_________________________
Age of child at start date __________ Birth Date ________________ Sex
_________
Address __________________________________
_____________________________
Phone Number __________________________ Child lives with
___________________

Father's full name __________________________ Nickname
______________________

Mother's full name___________________________ Nickname
_____________________

My problem is that whenever I want to make any changes I have to add
or delete more ___'s to make the text fit on a line.

Is there a short cut or feauture that automaticaly fills in a line for
answers? It would be great if it would also adjust itself when
adding/deleting materials on that line.

Hi Dawn,

You could probably achieve the effect you desire if you use a table to
control the layout of your form.

Then use the TEXT control from the forms toolbar (View > Toolbars >
Forms). Control-click on the text control to see its properties.
