Is there a simple way to convert a word document to html?

I publish some of my poetry on pathetic.org. I was wondering, is there a
simple way to take a document I have created in word and convert it to html
so that the font type, size, etc become html code that I can then copy and
paste into the poetry form?

In the Save As option at the bottom there is a pull down option. Try the
various versions of HTML and find the best one to suit. I sometimes used the
single file web page. Sometimes the pictures don't work as well. But you can
edit them in front page once it's been converted..
