Is there a simple way to paginate a large document in Onenote?

I want to use One note to mark up a book I imported but navigation is a
nightmare!

Manually breaking up the page into one or more subpages and then selecting
and printing the page group is probably the best bet.

This really doesn't help my situation. Trying to breakup a book of 200 or
more pages is just too time intensive. MS needs to add pagination capability
to OneNote.

How are you bringing the book in? If it is a Word document, you should be
able to insert as picture. Doing that will split the document into sub-pages
for you.
