Is there a software for............?

I seem to have so many problems with PC's - something or the other....

IE will not download stuff, OE not responding, MS Word problems....

Is there a software that I can buy that is GREAT and will take care of all this ?

Pls. let me know.

Some may say it's called Apple OS9... Not me though! I love to fight with
my computer.
