Is there a speech recognition program for Office 2000?

I needed to use a speech recognition program for Word 2000, but I don't think
that my computer has one. It's a brand new Dell, but it did'nt come with
office so i just installed Office 2000. Is there a voice recognition download?

Not as part of Word. You need to investigate the mysteries of third party
speech recognition software.
