parties will offer something:

I think stationery stores also sell these--try a general web search.

However, I'd strongly advise you to consult an attorney who is familiar with the
laws in your location. The requirements for wills, like any legal document, vary
greatly from place to place. You could risk losing far more than the attorney's
fee would cost you.
