Is there a template focusing on service tool management?

I need to buy/audit Service tool like camera, mobile phone, tool box
(hurdreds of expensive tools needs to do annual audit), uniform, safety
equipment. In the past I used to maintain the data in Excel, however, it is
very frustrated to maintain them one by one, is it possible to input
everything in a database and the data can be easily tracking according to my
request?
