Is there a tool tip or tool pick?

Some one told me I could use a tool called:

Either tool tip or tool pick for a from in Access.
It is similar to a combo box only that it shows initially
the first field and if you click on the field you get a
drop down box with other options. The initial valued
shown does not have a border nor an down arrow like the
combo box. This only shows the value and if you click on
the value then a drop down boxs comes up.

Is there such a thing? And if so, how can I get it into a
from?
