Is there a Visio Tools for Applications?

Is there a way to redistribute Visio as part of an application conforming to
the same royalty model as VSTA?

That's only about redistributing the interop. Users still need Visio
installed. Tools for applications (VSTA, VSTO) lets users bundle the target
runtime libraries with their product. For eg: Visual Studio Tools for
Applications will let you redistribute the Visual Studio Object Model for a
royalty fee. I see VSTO does the same thing with Office products. Have
anybody here worked with Visio in this model?

You need Visio installed on the target PC. It is not available
royalty-free.
I don't think that any of the Offic products are royalty-free.

David,

I wasnt looking for a royalty free version. I was looking for one with
royalty like Visual Studio Tools for Applications. I see VSTO which seems to
be the same. Just wanted to get a little more information on this if anybody
here already did something similar.
