Is There A Way in Outlook to Set Up Dual Identies ?

I presently use Outlook Express and have dual identities.
One for personal use and one for business used. I like
the idea of Outlook because of the calendar usage, but
need to keep the identities completely separate,i.e., e-mail
msg's, contacts, etc., which I can do on Outlook Express
without a Calendar function..........Thanks !

P.S......If not can you recommend another program that
does it ?
