When going into my address book in outlook 2007, and wanting to find an email
address that keeps bouncing - bt dn't know the name of conatct - how can I
sort the email column - normally one can simply click on the email header at
top and it sorts - does outook 2007 not provide this?

The address book is just a view of the contacts folder - you can search for
the address in contacts.

The address book view has never been the place to sort or search for
information. It is a relic that has not changed in 12 years. There are and
always have been only 2 options for sorting the Outlook Address Book:
1. First Name, Last Name
2. File As field
If you need more robust searching or sorting capability, you do so in the
Contacts Folder where the data actually resides.
