Is there a way of stripping all the formatting from a PPT?

Hi,

I have a bunch of PPTs with various formattings applied. I know how
to change the template easily enough, but is there a way of stripping
out all the formatting that's been applied to each slide (e.g. special
text properties, shap properties etc) so that the PPT is entirely
clean of special formatting information? It would be nice to have the
PPTs in this format so that I can simply apply a new template when I
like, and not have to worry about residual slide-specific formatting
data remaining.

I'm thinking that there must be a relatively simple VBA routine to do
this?

Thanks

No, afraid not.

But sometimes reapplying the slide layout will help (you may need to reapply it
several times).

Reapply slide layout to every slide in the presentation
