Is there a way to align the Data Point right hand side?

In a normal horizontal chart the Data Point (the bar) aligns left. Is there a way to align it right?

If you mean having the bars of a bar chart originate from the right side
rather than from the left I don't believe that can be done... At least not
as long as you want to retain it as an editable chart with a dynamic link to
the data. If that's not a concern...

You can turn off all Labels, Legend, etc. so that only the bars remain
visible. Copy the chart, use Edit> Paste Special - Picture & then use the
Flip Horizontal option to flip the picture. Of course you'll have to create
your own labels & Legend.
