Is there a way to batch convert contacts to vcards?

I would like to add my contacts from Office at work to my
IPod. The recommended way is to convert a contact to a
vcard and then save it to the Ipod. I have 1000 contacts,
and one at a time will take forever.. Is there a way to
batch convert them all?
