Is there a way to compare Visio diagrams like for Word?

If a Visio diagram has been updated, is there a tool that shows what changed
in comparing the old version to the new version, similar to comparing Word
documents? I read there is something for comparing Org Charts, but what
about other types of diagrams, specifically UML diagrams?

Thanks, Al. I was hoping you'd say, "Oh yes, there's a really cool 3rd party
tool out there that shows the changes in red lines". Oh well...

normally our suggestion is to save the two documents as xml and then use a
text compare. The kicker was when you brought uml into the discussion which
saves some of it's data internally.

I guess my first question would be what version of visio are you using and
what version was the drawing created in. When the org chart is opened it
should fire off the necessary code to modify menu to put organization chart
on it. If the menu isn't appearing that's the first clue that something
might be wrong with either the installation, or the document.
