Is there a way to convert an Organizational chart from 2000 to 200

We have just rolled out MS PowerPoint 2003 and have found that the
Organizational Charts which were produced in MS PowerPoint 2000 and those
creatd using the Org Chart 2000 extension can no longer be opened for editing.
Is there anybody that has found a solution for this ,? or does nayone know
of a conversion tool ?

ANY help much appreciated.
