Not a super easy way that I know of. Of course you can create the table
then drag/drop the text.
I'd probably copy/paste the text into Word, use the Text to Table feature
there, then copy/paste back to OneNote. (though I confess I haven't had a
chance to try that yet)
Your suggestion of using Word is a good one and is the technique I currently
use and it works fine. It would be great to see the "Convert Text To Table"
