Is there a way to copy a bunch of cells to another workbook,
But also bring over the named ranges?
In the paste special, the formulas, all, etc... does not seem to do it.

copy the sheet will do it

Note that if you copy the sheet the named ranges will change from being
global to being local. That can cause issues depending what you are up to...
