Is there a way to copy pictures to MSword in the size I need?

I could not fine a way to presize the pictures in Word.

I puchased Adobe Photoshop Elements 4.0, which allows me to resize all the
pictures in a folder at the same time. Now when I insert them into word
they are already the size I want.
