Is there a way to create a start task with task id 0

hello,

Is there a way to create a task name start with task id 0?
I am hoping to use this task as a predecessor of task 1.

Any help is appreciated.

Thank you

Why do you actually care what it starts at though?

Jan has explained that this number is used for the project summary task.
If you didn't use the summary task then you could add another column
and customise it so that it contained the value obtained by subtracting
1 from each of the actual id values.

If you need a predecessor to Task1, just insert a line above it. Although it
will become the new task 1, it serves the purpose. Jan addressed Task ID 0
in his post.
