Is there a way to download a whole folder to multiple CD's?

I am trying to save all of my documents onto muliple CD's. Is there a quick
and easy way to do this?

If I backup my whole computer onto the discs required, can I open those on
another computer?

Yes, you do it in your operating system, with the CD burning application
not Office. You may open them in the Office application on the other PC
after you copy them to the hard drive and remove the read-only
attribute. Please see Windows help for these operations.
