Is there a way to email outlook table view?

I figured out how to print a table view but I would like to email it. I've
tried pasting into Word, email text, and Excell but it just keeps putting in
the entire V-card style for each one. Basiclall, I'd like to send someone
else my calling list without everything going as contact files.
