We are transitioning to our new domain and while we do this I have
defined our old pop3 accounts in each users outlook. I wrote a rule
to put incoming messages from pop3 into a folder to remind the user
that he needs to tell the sender to use the new address (don't want
to
have the rule auto-reply). This is working, but the boss keeps
forgetting and replies to the message which perpetuates the use of
the
old pop3 account. He's been told that he can select "account" and
force the use of exchange as the replying address but he often
forgets
(afterall he's the boss).
Is there a way to force all replies to come from the exchange
account? I'm hoping in a few weeks/months I can get rid of the pop3
account alltogether but there's just too much important
correspondence
between non-computer savvy people to just cut them off. They'd think
they got lost in the forrest or something.
